Plisseri carries out the drawing and painting processes of aluminum profiles in its 12,000 m2 integrated production facility. In this way, it ensures continuity in quality standards. The surfaces of aluminum produced from first-class raw materials are painted with electrostatic powder painting, transter coating and anodizing painting methods. There are bright ral, matte ral, textured ral, matte anodizing, bright anodizing and wood patterned coating options for aluminum surfaces. First-class products are used in terms of both aluminum raw material quality and paint and packaging quality.

Plisseris uses two profiles in pleated fly screen systems, namely the frame and sash. The frame profile forms the main frame that holds the fly screen upright thanks to the corner wedges used. The sash profile, on the other hand provides the movement of the pleated tulle thanks to the wheel mounted on it and protects the pleated tulle from external factors by trapping the tulle inside.

Thanks to the threshold profile that can adapt to 18mm and 28mm pleated fly screen system, it prevents unwanted foot tripping in intensive use areas and brings together aesthetics and functionality. It also facilitates the passage of wheelchairs and work vehicles thanks to the ramp in the threshold profile.

A stylish appearance is provided on one hand, while full harmony is achieved with the caravan window system on the other hand due to the special oval and self-aligning case profile used in the caravan system

A single profile with a width of 15mm is used in the Plisseri, pleated blind system. It provides ergonomic use and a stylish appearance because of the harmony of the profile design and accessory integration. The system is protected from the extra handle protrusion image due to the self-handle feature in the pleated blind profile.
