Pp Masterbatch

Silicone masterbatch lysi-06 is our new product which dispersed in pp with ultra-high molecular weight (uhmw) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Features:
Improving the processing performance, less extruder torque, reduced equipment wear, better mold filling and reduce product defect rate
Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, gloss·+ enhance the surface silk texture, scratch and abrasion resistance.
Enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improve the impact strength .
Good stability, non-migratory and surface without precipitation.
Applications:
(1) Pp packaging film
(2) Automobile interior trim materials pp/talcf=tpo ( to improve scratch resistance and surface properties )
(3) Bopp, cpp films

Use methods:
Lysi-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly

Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productf+s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).

I. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Vical PP is a filler masterbatch, based on Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3). This product is manufactured in Vietnam by VICO Plastic Vietnam Co., Ltd, widely used to reduce the production cost and improve the plastic product�¢??s characters: improve the surface antifriction, heat stability, toughness, hardness, rigidity and increase specific gravity of products.

Vical PP contains CaCO3, resin, dispersion agent, processing aid. It�¢??s compatible with PP, ABS, PS�¢?�¦ and suitable for PP threading yarn, injection, blow molding, extrusion, etc.

Vical PP content No-Heavy metal and Nonyphenol, this product is completely suitable for food contact.

* Mixture with HP201S cause only a weak frictional force to worm-screw. As the result the pressure on screen is kept at low-grade. That extends the life of worm-screw and screen as well as other involved parts of your equipment

* HP201S is a balanced additive. Using HP201S, manufacturer can make products with high tensile and moderate elongation grade while still keeping the considerably low cost. Especially, HP201S is suitable for UV-resistance products and high-speed fiber machine.
