PE filler masterbatch is used for many applications like blow molding, extrusion, injection, making films, bags, laminate. The products range includes automobile materials, flame retardant plastics, flame retardant reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic alloy, high melt woven plastic, conductive plastic, filler plastic, special engineering plastics etc twelve series thousands of grades.

PP filler masterbatch is used for many applications like extrusion, thermo forming, injection molding, making non-woven bag, woven sacks. The products range includes automobile materials, flame retardant plastics, flame retardant reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic alloy, high melt woven plastic, conductive plastic, filler plastic, special engineering plastics etc twelve series thousands of grades.

Silicone masterbatch lysi-06 is our new product which dispersed in pp with ultra-high molecular weight (uhmw) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Use methods:
Lysi-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly

Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productf+s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).

I. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Vical PP is a filler masterbatch, based on Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3). This product is manufactured in Vietnam by VICO Plastic Vietnam Co., Ltd, widely used to reduce the production cost and improve the plastic product�¢??s characters: improve the surface antifriction, heat stability, toughness, hardness, rigidity and increase specific gravity of products.

Vical PP contains CaCO3, resin, dispersion agent, processing aid. It�¢??s compatible with PP, ABS, PS�¢?�¦ and suitable for PP threading yarn, injection, blow molding, extrusion, etc.

Vical PP content No-Heavy metal and Nonyphenol, this product is completely suitable for food contact.

* Mixture with HP201S cause only a weak frictional force to worm-screw. As the result the pressure on screen is kept at low-grade. That extends the life of worm-screw and screen as well as other involved parts of your equipment

* HP201S is a balanced additive. Using HP201S, manufacturer can make products with high tensile and moderate elongation grade while still keeping the considerably low cost. Especially, HP201S is suitable for UV-resistance products and high-speed fiber machine.

* No moisture absorber needed for your material mixture if using HP201S as the filler

HP201S is used for different applications such as: packaging of animal feed, fertilizer, agricultural products, particularly it is also used in production of Jumbo bags, cement package (KP, KPK) and other high quality products.
