TJ-952 PVC waterproof membrane takes PVC resin as main ingredient,adding adequate modifiers,antioxidant agents,UV-light absorbents,color agents,filler agents and so forth,through polymerization and extrusion calendering,deformation,cool,inspection,racking,and packaging processing procedures into bendable waterproofing sheet membrane.It possesses high tensile and good elongation,high and low temperature resistance and it has good hot-melting properties. Cold-adhesive and hot-welding is both available when attending to the overlap of membrane,which forms into a solid,enclosed and integrated waterproofed layer.
PVC membrane is also called polyester fabric inner reinforcement PVC membrane,which is an plastomeric material. It takes polyester fabric textile as reinforcement felt,via special extrusion craft,making the PVC plastic layer on both sides with polyester reinforcement felt amid into an integration.Cutting-edge PVC plastic layer in combination with mesh polyester fabric gets rise to superior dimension stability and extremely low thermal expansion coefficients.

Application Guide
In combination with the features of PVC membrane,it s usually applied in three methods,such as full-adhesive installation,border adhibiting method and mechanical fastener method. It requires exclusive PVC accessories set to help installation for complicated waterproofing spots.
1:Full-adhesive installation: Using exclusive PVC membrane adhesive set to apply on the substrate under normal condition is called full-adhesive installation
1)Requirement
The substrate needs to be smooth,no crack or bugle spots,clean,dry and the humidity is less than 9%,make the chamfer at internal corner and external corner with the diameter is more than 20mm

Breathable roof membrane

Use:

1) Clean the litters,dust on the substrate
2)Pave a layer of PE film,the overlap uses butyl adhesive tape to glue
3)Pave Extruded polystyrene foam insulation board(XPS),using exclusive fasteners to fasten the board
4)Pre-applied TPO membrane: Lay the TPO membrane on the insulation board in accordance with the snap line,paving direction should be perpendicular with the wave of profiled steel sheet,dispose the loose TOP membrane as the outline on the insulation board. Membrane remains flat and even,overlap is 12cm and appropriate trim is needed
5)Fasten the TPO membrane: Align edge of mark line 30mm install the fasteners and elastics
6)Membrane Overlap: One piece membrane laid on the other,use the automatic hot air welding machine to weld
7) Detailed Spots Strengthening: Trim adequate TPO membrane for detailed spots,use portable hot welding machine weld on the TPO membrane
8)TPO membrane edge treatment: Use batten to fasten the edge along with sealants
