Mullite bricks refer to high-alumina refractories with mullite as the main crystalline phase, and the general alumina content is between 65% ~ 75%. It is mainly used for hot blast furnace top, blast furnace body and bottom, glass melting furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering kiln, petroleum cracking system dead angle furnace lining, etc.
Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, up to more than 1790 C, and have good thermal shock resistance. There are two types: sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The crystallization of fused mullite is larger than that of sintered mullite, and the thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered products.
Aluminum content: 65-90%
Standard brick size: 230*115*65mm
Compressive strength at room temperature: 100-120MPa
Good thermal shock resistance:

Supplier From Zhengzhou, Henan, China

With the breakthrough of the suspension preheating and pre-decomposition technology in the cement industry and the increasing size of the equipment, the heat load of the kiln is significantly increased, the rotation speed is accelerated, the alkali corrosion is severe, and the lining life and equipment operation cycle are shortened, thus the requirements for refractory materials. More demanding.
Its performance advantages are mainly manifested in: 1. High refractoriness under load and excellent high temperature resistance; 2. High strength, abrasion resistance, and easy to peel off and erosion; 3. Low thermal conductivity and good heat insulation effect; 4. Strong flexibility and heat resistance Excellent seismic performance; 5, moderate density, reduce the cylinder load.

Silica bricks are the main species of silica-based refractories, where the mass fraction of sio2 is not less than 93%. Silica brick is a typical acid refractory bricks, the acid slag has a good resistance to al2o3, feo, fe2o3 and other oxides also has good resistance, but the resistance to alkaline slag is poor, easy to cao, k2o, na2o and other oxides and damage. Silicone brick softening temperature as high as l640-1680 â??, long-term use at high temperatures more stable. But the thermal resistance of silicon brick is poor, refractoriness is not high enough.
