The features of our mullite bricks are with high mechanical intensity; high refractoriness, contact with flame directly; high porosity, low volume density, low thermal conductivity; low creep rare at high temperature, good thermal shock stability; chemical corrosion resistance and long service life.

Mullite bricks refer to high-alumina refractories with mullite as the main crystalline phase, and the general alumina content is between 65% ~ 75%. It is mainly used for hot blast furnace top, blast furnace body and bottom, glass melting furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering kiln, petroleum cracking system dead angle furnace lining, etc.
Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, up to more than 1790 C, and have good thermal shock resistance. There are two types: sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The crystallization of fused mullite is larger than that of sintered mullite, and the thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered products.
