Mobile Oxygen Generator Introduction:

The Mobile Oxygen Generator is based on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology, which uses some specific molecular sieves (ZMS) to separate the Oxygen gas from the air. It is more and more popular used for on-site Oxygen supply, or even for some specific gas station which has to move frequently.

ShinTek Mobile Oxygen Generator consists of air compressor, air dryer, air filters, PSA Oxygen generator, optional cylinder filling system and related control system. There are three types for choose: skid-mounted, container mounted or vehicle mounted.

Mobile Oxygen Generator specifications:

1. Oxygen production capacity: 5 ~ 100 Nm3/h
2. Oxygen purity: 93+/-3%;
3. Oxygen pressure from the Oxygen Generator: 1-5bar
4. Oxygen pressure can be boosted to be as higher as 150bar per customer’s demand.
5. Skid-mounted, Container mounted, Vehicle mounted;

Mobile Oxygen Generator Features:

(1) Three types for choose: skid-mounted or container-mounted or vehicle-mounted;
(2) The Mobile Oxygen Generator is equipped with a stable screw air compressor;
(3) The Mobile Oxygen Generator use Siemens PLC and SMC valves;
(4) Fewer moving parts enable the Mobile Oxygen Generator more reliable, and less maintenance jobs;
(5) The Mobile Oxygen Generator is very easy to be operated, unmanned operation can be realized;
(6) The Mobile Oxygen Generator is energy efficient (0.3 KWH/m3 Oxygen), save energy;
(7) Consumable parts: only filter elements, replaced every 6000-8000hours. Maintenance cost is very low.
