DATA SHEET FOR EPOXY EPOXY COATING :- INTRODUCTION - EPOXY COATING (HYB) is a two part high solids solvent free epoxy phenolic resin based coating system designed for hard wearing, smooth surface finish for floors, walls and on steel structures. Nonskid surface finish can be achieved on floor, if required. FEATURES: 1) Hard Wearing 2) Non Dusting 3) Excellent Surface Finish 4) Non Smelling 5) Good Aesthetics 6) Highly Chemical Resistant APPLICATION: 1.Stir well before mixing Part A and Part B and mix in the prescribed ratio. 2.Apply one coat of EPOXY primer on the clean and dry surface. 3.EPOXY COATING (HYB) should be applied on the surface by brush or roller within 24 hrs. After application of primer coat it should be allowed to air dry for min. 4 hrs. Preferable in a dust free atmosphere. 4.Apply min. 2 coats with the intercoat interval of 6-8 hrs. Color Shades - All Standard Shades RECOMMENDED USES: 1) Food & Pharmaceutical 2) Work Shop 3) Clean Room Application 4) Chemical Resistant Coating for Concrete& Steel 5) Petrochemical, Fertilizer plants METHOD OF APPLICATION: SURFACE PREPARATION The long-term durability of the applied Epoxy coating (HYB) epoxy coating is dependent on the adhesion between sub-base and coating material. It is most important therefore, that the substrate surfaces are correctly prepared prior to application. 1.Before application of the Epoxy coating (HYB) surface should be free from loose partials, rust, oils, grease or earlier coatings and should be totally dry. 2.New concrete or cementations surface should be placed at least 28 days and have a moisture content of less than 5% before application of Epoxy coating (HYB) 3.After surface is dry, all repair work like sealing of joints, cracks filling of cavities and crevices should be carried out. HEALTH & SAFETY - Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. It comes in contact with the body, wash affected parts with plenty of water and contact a doctor. It is used as air drying primer on iron and steel surfaces and also light metals.
Air drying syntetic, oven drying topcoat can be applied.
Drying specifications:
Thorough drying 20 mins. At 20 c degrees

It is recommended for mild steel structures and surfaces in domestic and mild corrosive environments. It is suitable for interior and exterior use.

Steel : Sand the surface with coarse Sand / water paper according to the type of surfaces to remove rust, dust & other foreign parcles. System of
Coang should be selected depending upon the type of substrate. Wipe to clean the surface. Apply single coat primer & allow to dry. Re sand the
surface with Sand paper & wipe to clean. Apply 2nd Coat of primer & allow drying for overnight. Before applicaon of paint, thin down to achieve
desired viscosity & filter through white cloth. Apply Kisomin Paint to finish.
Sr the base thoroughly and then mix to uniform consistency.
Apply without thinning
Add Kisomin thinner to adjust viscosity depending on spray condion. Use any standard equipment at an atomizing pressure of 3.5-4.5 kg/cm�².
1. Use off the mixed paint .
2. Do not apply when temperature falls below 10 C or rises above 50�°c and when relave humidity rises above 90%. Do not apply during rain, fog or mist
3. Brushes and spray equipment should be cleaned with Thinner,
4. Special care to be taken to close immediately the partly used Diluted Material.

SU-EPO-PRIME 10: is a two pack polyamide-cured epoxy primer containing Zinc Chrome as a corrosion inhibiting pigment. Primer is designed to give outstanding corrosion resistance and adhesion. It cures to a hard and tough film with excellent physical and mechanical properties. This product is universally recommended for direct application on Ferrous metals, suitably treated light alloys or galvanized surfaces, after proper surface preparation. Primer can be overcoated with epoxy and polyurethane intermediate coats and top coats. Two pack Epoxy-polyamide Zinc Phosphate Red Oxide Primer, direct application on ferrous metals.

2) SU-EPO-PRIME 20: is a two component Epoxy cold cured Zinc Chromate Primer with outstanding corrosion resistance and adhesion. Primer cures to a hard and tough film with excellent physical and mechanical properties. This product is universally recommended for direct application on Ferrous metals, suitably treated light alloys or galvanized surfaces, after proper surface preparation. Primer can be overcoated with our epoxy and polyurethane intermediate coats and top coats.

3) SU-EPO-PRIME 30: is a two component Epoxy cold cured Zinc Phosphate primer with outstanding corrosion resistance and adhesion. Primer cures to a hard and tough film with excellent physical and mechanical properties. This product is universally recommended for direct application on Ferrous metals, suitably treated light alloys or galvanized surfaces, after proper surface preparation. Primer can be overcoated with our epoxy and polyurethane intermediate coats and top coats.

4) SU-EPO-PRIME 31: is a two pack Epoxy cold cured Zinc Phosphate primer with high film build outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance. Primer cures to a hard and tough film with excellent physical and mechanical properties. It is ideal for application in areas where higher thickness is recommended for achieving optimum performance. This product is universally recommended for direct application on mild steel or suitably treated light alloys or galvanized surface, after proper surface preparation.

5) SU-EPO-PRIME 32: is a two pack high solids polyamide cured epoxy resin surface tolerant primer with outstanding corrosion resistance. Primer contains good amount of anticorrosive pigment. It is ideal for application in areas where higher thickness is required for achieving optimum performance. The primer can be over coated with epoxy, chlorinated rubber or polyurethane topcoats. Primer has good adhesion to steel, galvanized steel and non ferrous metals.

6) SU-EPO-PRIME 40: is a two pack epoxy polyamide clear primer, recommended for direct application on concrete & wood substrates.

A two-pack polyurethane quick drying primer cum surfacer with excellent filling & sanding
properties for application on wood (hard & soft) & wood substitutes like particle board,
veneer, plywood etc. The formulation contains mixed isocyanate hardeners, inert &
smooth sanding extenders. When used in combination with Maxiwood 2 PK PU Topcoat,
the product gives an extremely rich finish. Presence of plasticizer in the formulation of
Maxiwood 2 PK PU Primer Surfacer make the product flexible enough to withstand woods
dimensional variation thus enhancing adhesion.

MegaStone PRIMIUM Coating

This product is drastically improved the characteristics of salt water resistance by special synthesis techniques of polymer and also increase its hardness by adding zirconia extracted from granite and ceramic compositions. It is shown more than 2 times higher abrasion and corrosion resistance to the existing coatings. Megastone paint has also higher function of durability and surface hardness like stone.
