Hishear homogeneous emulsifier

High Shear Dispersing and Homogenizing can be seen as the process in which two or several phases are mixed efficiently together under intense external forces, whereas under normal conditions they are not miscible. The high speed rotation of the rotor sucks materials into the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, where they are subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear. Materials, as well as the proper additive agents are rapidly mixed, dispersed, emulsified and homogenized also with the function of mature technology, resulting in efficient particle size reduction and uniform, constant final products.The high speed rotation of the rotor generates strong centrifugal force, by which materials are sucked into the narrow gap between the precision-engineered stator chamber and rotor from the top and bottom end of the agitator.With the intense mechanical and hydraulic shear generated in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, material is dispersed and emulsified in the first step.With the function of high linear velocity (at least 15m/s) generated at the high speed rotating rotor, strong hydraulic shearing force and other mechanical force make the material completely dispersed, emulsified and homogenized, then the final material is ejected from the slanted slot in the stator.Material is continuously ejected at high speed from the slanted slots, functioned by the material and wall resistance, the flow direction of material is changed, meanwhile, with the strong suction force of the high speed rotating rotor, the material forms a violent turbulence within the container. After several cyclings, materials are thoroughly dispersed, emulsified and homogenized.
