The basic theory of operation compressed Air enters to the Air to Air heat exchanger, where it is pre cooled by outgoing cold dry air. Highly effective pre cooler reduces the temperature considerably, and enables to use smaller & economical refrigeration system. Then the pre cooled, relatively low temperature compressed air enters to Air to Refrigerant heat exchanger, where it is cooled down to +3 (Pressure Dew point). At this temperature, moisture in vapor from condensed to liquid form, and separated from the compressed air by moisture separator and discharged to drain port through automatic drain valve. The cold dry compressed air passes back to Air Heat exchanger, and gain temperature by exchanging heat with incoming warm air. The dry air coming out from the dryer is ready to use for instrumentation and process air applications.

The purpose of animal feed drying is to remove the excess water from the feed stock for easy to pack, transport, store, process and use.

In view of the animal feed is high humid and viscous, we designed Rotary Harrow Rolling Triple Stage & Multiple-loop Drying Equipment. It uses unique design concept and truly energy saving technology. With the 1 + 3 = 6 three cylinders technology, 3 * 6 = 36 S Type material moving processes, 6 - 3 = 1 fast air exhausting way and Moving forward 3 steps and backward 2 Reciprocating drying method, the dryer operating like a Smart Robot. In the operation of moving forward, backward, directing, conversing, raising, turning, the material contacts with the hot air efficiently, thereby being dried quickly and evenly. Dry material will be discharged into star type unloader, then unload on conveyor for next operation (mixing, cooling and package). The whole process is automatically and controlled by PLC. Equipment operation only need 1-2 people per shift.

This drying equipment can also be used for drying forage, distillers grain, cassave residues/pulp, corn pulp, potato dregs, soy sauce residue, soybean wastes, fruit pomace, zymophyte dregs etc. The finished production is very good raw material of organic feed for animals.

The electroplating sludge contains lots of heavy metal which is harmful to environment and health. It is banned to landfill or dump directly. So it is necessary to dry firstly. Whats more, some plating sludge have precious metal, after drying it can be recycle and use.

The draining air dryer is made of food grade stainless steel, which is suitable for the water removal of low-temperature meat products, vegetable products and other flexible packaging products after cleaning, air drying and sterilization, as well as the removal of surface water after vegetable cleaning. By repeatedly turning the drain and blowing the high-pressure and strong cold air on the upper part, the soft packaging can completely achieve the effect of drying the water droplets on the surface (the water can also be stored between the folds on the bag surface). The equipment is connected with the sterilizer and the speed is synchronous. The upper fan is set as two rows, and the power of each fan is 0.55kw (0.75KW fan can also be used according to customer requirements). The equipment is environment-friendly and energy-saving.
The water draining and air drying machine is widely used for vacuum bags and small packages of vegetables, meat, fish, bean products and other foods to remove water and air dry, dried beans, fish pieces, fish larvae, fish tofu and other foods. The dry draining machine can operate continuously. Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer
A refrigerated compressed air dryer is a device used to remove moisture from compressed air by lowering its temperature. It is a widely used type of air dryer in various industrial applications where the presence of moisture can lead to equipment damage, corrosion, and decreased efficiency.

How does a refrigerated air dryer work?
Refrigerant dryers are the most commonly used dryers in the industry and consist of an air-to-air heat exchanger and an air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. The heat exchangers remove moisture from your compressed air by condensation of water within.This is essential to protect compressed air systems and every piece of equipment fed by compressed air from the harmful effects of moisture.

The most important criterion is to keep the relative humidity of compressed air below 50%.

Both air-cooled and water-cooled refrigerant dryers are available. Basically, the dryers cool down the warm wet air coming from the compressor, When the temperature of compressed air reduces, moisture condenses and is drained from the compressed air with the help of a high-efficiency water separator.

After that, compressed air is reheated to around room temperature so that condensation does not form on the outside of the pipe system. This heat exchange between ingoing and outgoing compressed air also reduces the temperature of the incoming compressed air, and as such reduces the required cooling capacity of the refrigerant circuit.
