Powder coating ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 200°C in 10 minutes.
The ovens are designed according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating the furnace. Powder coating curing ovens are produced and named as box type, axial conveyorized and tunnel type oven depending on whether the products are driven into the oven manually, semi-automatically and automatically.
Powder coating ovens are designed to work with the highest efficiency to achieve needed temperature with lowest energy use.
Powder particles are moving by the airflow created by the suction fan and are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Suction fan is mounted at the top of the booth. Air movement generated by the fan carries the powder particles to the filter unit and collects them to the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by means of the pull-reverse cleaning system during the operation. Powder particles are collected manually from here and can be sifted if reused. The sieve system is not included in the cabinet.
It is designed as open type, one-sided for manual powder coating. Electrical installation and electrical control panel is available on the system.
