Bauxite will be firstly crushed by jaw crusher and hammer crusher and then it will be conveyed to batching silo.
After batching with other material, materials will be sent to ball mill and grinded into powder. Classifier will be used after ball mill for size grading. Here raw material will be sent to silo again.
Then raw material will go to granulator and will be made into different size pellets. Pellets will be sent to screening equipment. Qualified size pellets will be conveyed to rotary kiln for calcination. Oversize pellets will be sent back for grinding.

Production technology:

Raw material ores is exploited from mountain are big size, so it is necessary to crush firstly, in this process, the raw materials will be feed into primary crusher by feeder, then come into secondary crusher.The materials will go into screen after first and secondary crusher, the suitable size material (â?¤25mm) will go to next step. Oversize(ï¼?25mm) material will go back to secondary crusher to crush again. This forms a closed crush circuit.
In this process, material will be grinded into suitable sizes (about 200 mesh) for beneficiation.After grinding material will come to classifier. In classifier, suitable size material will go to next step. Coarse material will go back to ball mill for grind again. This process is a closed grind circuit.

The working principle of drum sieveï
Drum sieve is installed on the rack slantly. Through speed-reducer, motor is connected together with drum by coupler which drive the drum device go around its axle. After the material comes into the drum, the material on the screen mesh will turn over and roll with the rolling and inclined drum and then the qualified material(undersize product) will come our through the screening hole, however, the unqualified material(oversize product) will be discharged out through the drum end. The material stuck in the screening hole could be taken out due to the material rolling and turning over in the drum to avoid blocking. The working principle of cylinder sand siftering machine and drum sieve extension is almost same, just with different name.

Production Description

Gypsum is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate, with the chemical formula CaSO4·2H2O. To make gypsum as construction material, calcination process is needed, and part crystal water will be removed from gypsum. The calcined gypsum's chemical formula is CaSO4· 1/2H2O.  It is widely used as raw material for gypsum board, plaster, cornice, school chalk, etc.

a. Crushing, Grinding Section
The forklift driver removes the gypsum ore from the quarry into the hopper in front of the crusher, and then the gypsum ore is crushed into the 20mm materials, which are later sent to the mill by the hoist to be grinded into qualified gypsum powder (raw gypsum).
b. Calcining Section
The grinded gypsum powder is lifted into gypsum calcining machine for calcination. The calcining machine uses gas heat conduction oil furnace, however, other fuels like coal, methane, LPG, diesel oil, heavy oil, etc. can also be used. Due to its low temperature, slow burning calcining mode, the stability of gypsum quality is well ensured.
c. Finished Product Packing and Storing Section
Calcined gypsum powder is lifted into the finished product silo through a hoist, where an automatic weighing and packaging machine is used to pack 50kg gypsum powder per bag for marketing or storing.
