Description
Back pull-out design — allow the rotor to be removed from the pump casing without disturbing the piping or dismantling the casing.
Simplify maintenance — allow fast inter change of impeller and wear plate of suction side,thereby permitting pump to be rapidly modified to suit different operating conditions.

Product Application
Delivery of slurry with strong abrasion and high concentration for metallurgy, mines, coal and power plant, e.g. the pulp from the ore concentrate and tailing of nonferrous mines, with particle diameter greater than 0.1mm and Cv=5%. The shaft seal can adopt expeller type shaft sealing , gland packing assembly and mechanical sealing.
Main Features
AH series centrifugal slurry pump frame plates have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners ,impellers&volute liners are made of wear-resistant metal(such as A05,A49,and other high chrome metal).
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller& front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Grease lubrication.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. One pump also can be use packing seal with expeller seal together.
· The discharge outlet can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump drive types, such as direct coupling drive(DC), V belt drive(CR, CV, ZV), etc.

The pump impeller is made of rubber or metal,and the metal liner and rubber liner are interchangeable .The
back vane can reduce the sealing pressure ,and it can also cut down backflow to the largest extent at the same time .
On the other hand ,cast-in impeller threads are more suitable for slurry .

The shaft sleeve possesses high hardness which makes it suitable for high abrasive slurry ,and O shaped seal rings are set at both ends to protect the shaft .Sliding fit is used between shaft and sleeve,and it facilitates both assembly
and disassembly.On the other hand ,the shaft is designed with large diameter and shortcantilever,and this design can mini mize deflection as well as vibration .In addition ,the heavy duty roller bearing is installed inside the movable bearing cylinder .
