This safety assessment for a cosmetic product has been carried out in accordance with the requirements of current eu and uk legislation, namely council directive 76/768/eec, including any additional commission directives applicable at the date of signature below. In accordance with the requirements of the cosmetic directive, this assessment takes account of the following -
A) the general toxicological profile of each ingredient used:
B) the chemical structure of each ingredient:
C) the level of exposure of each ingredient;
D) the specific exposure characteristics of the areas on which the cosmetic product will be applied;
E) the specific exposure characteristics of the class of individuals for whom the cosmetic product is intended.
All individual ingredients are approved by the fda of the united states.
