We undertake the following processes at our facility:

2. Canopy sewing
3. Frame Assembly
4. Mounting and Middle Stitch
5. Handle Fitting
6. Quality Inspection and Packing
Fabrics - We use high grade ponjee and polyester fabrics in 182t and 202t thread counts. We also use fabrics with silver coating, colour coating and MICA coating.
Frames - Our frames are in various styles (2 fold, 3 fold, 5 fold, non-folding), various methods of operation (manual, automatic open, automatic open and close), made from various materials (mild steel, fibre re-inforced plastic, aluminum) and are available in various sizes (Rib radius - 17 inches, 19 inches, 21 inches, 21.5 inches, 23 inches, 23.5 inches, 24.5 inches, 26 inches, 27 inches, 30 inches and 33 inches).
Fittings - All plastic fittings that are used in our frame structures (runners, notches, bushes etc) are made from virgin granules.
Handles - We use all types of handles for our products made in varied shapes. We ensure the use of only virgin granules in all our handle materials.
Our facility has state of the art machinery including the following:
1. Fabric heat slitting machines.
2. Sewing machines (Juki, Teking and Transit brands) - Lock stitch, Chain stitch, Bar tacking, Circular radial stitch and Double needle sewing.
3. Air compressors (Ingersoll Rand) and Pneumatic fixtures (FESTO) for various assembly processes.
4. In-house screen making and screen printing machinery (Grafica Flextronica).
5. Generator power backup for all our units of operation.
