Our manufacturing units are strategically located in Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli), a tax-benefit industrial zone well-connected to major ports like Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra. We operate across three units with a combined area of over 80,000 sq. ft., equipped with advanced machinery for tape coating, slitting, extrusion, printing, and recycling.
Our facilities include:
In-house quality control lab
Jumbo roll & finished tape production lines
High-speed blown film extrusion for LDPE polybags
Reprocessing plant for LDPE scrap recycling
Custom printing and packaging setup for exports
Proximity to raw material hubs and excellent road connectivity allow us faster turnaround times, reduced logistics costs, and better supply chain efficiency.
For Adhesive Tapes: BOPP plain film (tape/textile grade), acrylic adhesives (water-based/solvent-based), release coatings, and printing inks.
For LDPE Bags & Liner Bags: Virgin and recycled LDPE/LLDPE granules, masterbatches (white, black, colored), and printing stereos.
For Recycled Granules: LDPE scrap (film grade, natural & colored), cleaning agents, and extrusion-grade filter components.
All materials are sourced from trusted domestic and international suppliers to ensure consistency, strength, and compliance with export standards.
Our manufacturing units are equipped with modern, high-speed machinery to ensure consistent quality and high-volume output:
Adhesive Tape Division: BOPP coating and lamination machines, high-speed slitting machines (for 12 mm to 1320 mm), core cutting machines, and automatic packing lines.
LDPE Bags Division: Blown film extrusion machines (mono-layer), online and offline bag-making machines (side seal, bottom seal, gusseted), and flexographic printing machines.
Recycling Division: Agglomerator, washing line, plastic extruder with die face cutter, and granule filter systems for film-grade LDPE scrap reprocessing.
Our production processes follow strict in-house quality control, with checks at every stage from raw material testing, in-process monitoring, to final product inspection ensuring reliable and export-ready output.
