Butchery and abattoir services provide general and specialist labour to the meat industry. We have been providing contract manpower services to the meat and food industry since 1988. In the beginning the company concentrated on the boning of beef for intervention, with a relatively small number of operatives. Over the years the company has developed, grown and diversified into processing pork and bacon, lamb, poultry, fish and game. At the same time the company has been in a position to offer further additional services in slaughtering, trimming, packing, dispatching, loading and general manufacturing.

Our objective is to help you to improve your efficiency in your meat and poultry processing operations. Where your business is seasonal, -turkeys at Christmas for example - we help meet large labour demands at peak times. Where training is needed our skilled slaughter men and contract boners will provide it.

Our Services

Slaughtering:
Our slaughter men have experience in processing cattle, sheep, pigs and other species. They are available to meet all or any of your requirements ranging from holiday relief to holding key positions as you train up your own staff.

Beef Boners:
We supply fully qualified beef boners and trimmers for work at Table or Line boning. Our operatives can work at a piece rate per kilo or on an agreed hourly rate. They are available for temporary work such as holiday relief, or as part of team fulfilling a longer-term contract. They are experienced team members, running boning lines and staffing entire boning halls.

Butchery & Abattoir Services team are on hand at any time to answer your needs or call and see you within twenty four hours notice anywhere in Europe. Our slaughtering and deboning teams are frequently supported by our contract general operatives working in packing, loading, unloading and industrial cleaning.
