As Chief Procurement Officer and Managing Director, I oversee our agency's global sourcing strategy, supplier verification metrics, and client communications. I handle direct negotiations with our manufacturing partners in China to secure optimal factory-gate pricing, coordinate final quality inspections, and oversee ocean freight logistics to ensure full compliance with international CIF delivery standards.
Our dedicated procurement and trade coordination team manages the direct pipeline between our international clients and our manufacturing partner facilities in China. The team is responsible for drafting precise technical spec sheets, verifying factory-gate pricing matrices, monitoring the production line timelines, and coordinating pre-shipment quality control inspections. Additionally, they handle all export documentation clearance in China and coordinate with ocean freight liners to ensure smooth transit to your destination port.
