Chandan V, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Chandan manages day-to-day operations, including supplier sourcing, quality control, logistics coordination, and export documentation. He works directly with farmers and manufacturers in the Tumkur region to ensure products meet buyer specifications before shipment.
Our procurement operations are managed directly by our leadership team, working closely with a network of verified farmers, coir processing units, and manufacturers across Tumkur, Tiptur, and the wider Karnataka region.

Direct sourcing from local farmers and processing units, with no unnecessary middlemen
Supplier visits and sample checks before every order
Product testing through NABL-accredited laboratories when required (moisture, EC, aflatoxin, microbial, and pesticide residue)
Flexible order sizes, from trial LCL shipments to full container loads
Trade operations cover quotation preparation, contract terms (FOB / CIF / CFR), payment handling (LC at sight / TT), and coordination with licensed Customs House Agents (CHA) at Chennai and Mangalore ports.
