1. Product Details

* Product: Raw antimony ore
* Origin: Chad
* Physical Form: Mine-extracted rock
* Available Quantity: 5,000 metric tons or more, subject to confirmation of available stock and shipment schedule
* Laboratory Documentation: Existing sample analysis is available for preliminary review. Independent verification of the shipment quality and specifications can be arranged by mutual agreement.

2. Commercial Terms

* Price: To be negotiated following review of the laboratory results and confirmation of product specifications.
* Delivery: FOB or another mutually agreed delivery term, subject to logistics feasibility and export requirements.
* Payment: To be agreed through a secure, mutually acceptable banking arrangement.
* Inspection: Independent pre-shipment sampling and inspection can be arranged by mutual agreement.
