Machinery & Materials
Our primary material is 100% natural coconut husk, directly sourced from sustainable and well-managed local coconut plantations across Indonesia. For our cocopeat production, we exclusively extract the finest coconut coir pith. We strictly avoid using any artificial additives, chemical fertilizers, or synthetic binders. The packaging components consist of export-standard LLDPE shrink wrap films for blocks, high-quality PP woven bags for loose options, and heat-treated wooden pallets for safe international shipping.
Our production process combines efficient machinery with strict quality control. The raw coconut husks are first decorticated to separate the fibers from the pith. The extracted pith undergoes a rigorous washing process using clean water to significantly reduce Electrical Conductivity (EC) levels. It is then thoroughly sun-dried and machine-sieved to remove impurities and long fibers. Finally, the dried cocopeat is compressed using high-pressure hydraulic baling machines into solid 5Kg blocks. Every batch is tested for moisture, EC, and pH before final packaging.
