Machinery & Materials
Electronic components, PCBs, wireless communication modules, sensors, displays, relays, connectors, enclosures, power components and other product-specific materials are sourced and managed according to defined product and quality requirements. Incoming materials and key components are inspected or verified before entering the manufacturing process to support consistent product quality and production reliability.
Production processes include PCB assembly, product assembly, firmware programming, functional testing, wireless communication testing, calibration where required, final inspection, packaging and shipment preparation. Different testing procedures are applied according to product type, including smart energy meters, thermostats, Zigbee sensors and IoT gateways. Quality checks are performed throughout key production stages to ensure products meet defined specifications before shipment.
