Fisherman's Hands operates a manufacturing facility in Cirebon, Indonesia, running 6 production lines, with Wholly Owned production.

Our facility is strategically located right by the local coastal area, granting us direct access to the freshest daily catches. This close proximity ensures an incredibly short transit time from the fishing boats to our cold storage, preserving the peak freshness, texture, and natural quality of our seafood before it is processed for export.

Machinery & Materials

We source 100% of our materials directly from clean, sustainable local waters, caught by traditional and responsible methods. We only select premium-grade, wild-caught seafood. No harmful chemicals or artificial preservatives are added, ensuring pure, safe, and fully traceable seafood products for international buyers.

Our production process focuses on speed and temperature control to preserve freshness. Once landed, the seafood is immediately sorted by size and quality, thoroughly cleaned with purified water, and quickly packed into specialized insulated cold boxes with high-quality ice. This strictly monitored cold-chain process ensures the products remain at optimal temperatures during storage and transit.
