We are Mainex International, a Brazilian company, committed to providing efficient solutions to the needs of our commercial partners. We have operated in the international market for 10 years in partnership with Komport Comercial Importadora, one of the three largest companies in Brazil, specializing in tax benefits and import tax reduction. Portobello and Eliane Ceramics, among many other top companies, were part of our client portfolio.
Our mission has always been to facilitate international trade so that companies can have access to a reliable source of services, providers, sellers, or even buyers. A large part of our expertise is knowing who is who in the market, and selecting the best commercial partners for each operation. Suppliers go through a rigorous compliance process and even, in some cases, an audit process, thus guaranteeing the buyer that the goods they need will arrive at the right place and on the right day -just in time.
Matching the buyer to the seller, at first, seems like an easy task, but in the commodity market, which is so treacherous, full of so much fake news, full of swindlers and profiteers, finding a reliable partner, interested in your objectives, is not so easy. as it seems. Our track record proves that we are trustworthy, that we are responsible and that every door we open remains open.
In general terms, gigantic negotiations attract all types of interested parties ?¢?? from the best professionals, the best companies to even profiteering and greedy intermediaries, who want to make the most of the deal, regardless of the interests of the buyer and the seller. On the other hand, some companies show an interest in purchasing large quantities of products but, in reality, are only looking for the provider's contacts to buy directly from them, in the name of another company and with other data, thus illegally eliminating according to the ICC, all intermediaries and commercial agents.
Exactly for this reason, in our initial conversations, our first step is to create a secrecy and confidentiality document (NCNDA), so that our partner, as well as us, can be properly protected.
