Our manufacturing facility incorporates the green energy concept and we have enhanced environmentally-friendly operating standards in our plant. Renewable energy is particularly important for our operations. Our goal is to cut the carbon footprint by a third by 2025, so major products in our factory are now powered by renewable electricity. Therefore through our work, as a team we are constantly working towards minimizing the wastage of natural resources by recycling the resources at our disposal, thereby reducing waste and greenhouse gases in the process.
Machinery & Materials
Our material procurement process ensures Traceability and Transparency. We source leather from multiple ethical tanneries. Our team works with certified suppliers to maintain the product quality and meet delivery timelines.
We follow guidelines for constant improvement to bring your designs to life. Create prototypes and sample products used as a blueprint for your production order. This is an indispensable step for final production. The process includes material sourcing, shoe last development, heel and sole making, creation of custom moulds for hardware and rubber soles, paper pattern making, embellishments and embroidery creation, 3D relief logos all converged into true prototypes.
Samples produced can also be used to show buyers at trade shows and runways, or direct to consumers on your sales channels for pre-order.
All our policies are complying with the Applicable Environmental, Health and Safety, Regulation. We use imported machines at various stages of production so our manufacturing plant is equipped with an array of sophisticated machines to produce a diverse range of footwear of international standards.
At our manufacturing plant, we have special handmade constructions like sancrispino, which is applied while crafting high quality stitch style.
Our facility includes production from shoe upper to complete shoes. Our complete in house production helps in reduced production lead-times, enhancing cost effectiveness and consistent quality.
Our production line includes: Robotic cutting machines, Automatic stitching machines, Template cutting machine, crimping machines, rolling presses, die cutters, chiller machine and 3D shoe designing.
