Mr. liu junzhou Chief engineer of Sanhe Zhengnian ceramic Equipment Co.., Ltd is one of the most famous experts in ceramic kiln building and cfine bone making. He started his professional career in ceramic field in late 1970s when he was a man in his twenty. he joined the fien bone china R&D research in Tangshan No. 1 Ceramic Works who was the No. 1 in development in fine bone china making. Tangshan No 1 Ceramic Works was also the no. 1 in completing the localization in fine bone china making. Mr. Liu Junzhou sticked to this post for over 20 years. And in 2000, he establish his own R&D team in ceramic building and set up a company in supplying ceramic kilns over China domestic market and over the world.
Mr. Wang Zhengnian general Manager of Sanhe Zhengnian Ceramic Equipment Co., Ltd. He was one of the veteran businessman in doing import and export since 1990s. He ahs attended several key international projects of civil engineering, such as the Al Jahra Husing Project in the Islamis Kingdom of Kuwait, the international cooperation between China Banknote paper and Mint making Corporation and Louisenthal Paper Making Company. He was the no. 1 in exporting PET film to American company, has been exporter to Japan, Bangladesh, Indonesia etc.
He has been the translator to Maghsoud Factories Group in Mashhad, Iran.

Mr. Xu Zhiqiang is a senior economist and electric-engineer. he has been the chief engineer of Tanghai Paper-making Factory and has developed a lot of electrical works for the factory. he has been the senior sales representative to CPM Corporation Hong Kong and ahs been the seller to amy glass making equipments over China. He has been the senior assistant to Ms Zheng Xiaoling, who is the chairwoman to Sino-Canada Association. Mr. Xu Zhiqiang is also a senior electric engineer and masters sound knowledge to industrial electric works and development.

We have more advantage in materials, Tangshan Iron and Steel works can produce most of the steel in ceramic kiln building. For thermal-insulating materials, Tangshan is one of the production center in northern China. We have almost all the availability to materials in ceramic kiln building.
For mechanical process, we have all the facilities and machine-tools in ceramic kiln building. We have large scale steel plate rolling machine, which is one of the necessary machine-tool in ceramic kiln building. We have all kinds of lath and welders as well.
