This is the main part of Auto Roll filter in which the filter replacement is controlled by pressure difference indicator. This can avoid human error and wastage as well as maintain filter efficiency throughout operation.
Working principle:
Setting up sensors at both the air inlet and outlet filter surfaces.
Setting up final pressure drop of filter.
When pressure difference exceeds the preset final pressure drop value, the control system will end out signal to start up the motor for filter rolling.
The pressure difference value can be set manually.
