CWS-MS is Maize based pregelatinized starch. It is Plant based, physically modified and Non GMO fine powder made from maize, which is moderately soluble in cold water and has a very good binding strength. CWS-MS is a Perfect additive for coating the nuts and snacks. CWS-MS also acts as Stabilizing agent in cream fillings, sauces, soup mixes, gravies, pasty creams and other food product industries.
