Spiral welded pipe unit is a steel pipe formed by rolling low-carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strip into pipe blank through the forming machine according to a certain forming angle, and then welding the spiral pipe seam with submerged arc welding machine.

Posts are manufactured conforming to FHWA and ATSSA standard.
Steel material conforms to ASTM A1011, Grade 50.
Yield strength after cold-forming is 60,000 psi minimum.
