CNC Wire Bending Machine Working Principle:
The decoiler gives wire coiling as an input to the bending machine. [The machine cannot work effectively without a decoiler.] The capacity (loading weight) of the

decoiler is of 60Kg to 2000Kg. It then straightens using the straightener and the wire feeder with a roller. The user chooses the roller for the input wire diameter.

Then the wire guide achieves the bending formations with its 36 rotary. The wire guide provides multiple R angles. The bending tool comprises both inner and outer bendings which accomplish the difficult bends. Hence, the final part is cut using the cutting tool when the product bend over.
