WEB OFFSET NEWSLIGHT 36Newslight 36 is a single width, single circumference machine, running at a maximum speed of 36,000 impressions per hour. All controls are PLC based for ease of operation, which reduces make ready time and improves productivity. Newslight 36 is widely used for printing newspapers, supplements, textbooks, magazines etc. Short web path ensures excellent print quality and reduced waste. This provides an excellent price performance ratio. Newslight 36 incorporates high quality gears and precision bearings mounted in high grade stress-relieved cast iron which is machined on top quality CNC machines. These features together with the short vertical web lead, help ensure stable colour register in all colours.
Newslight 36 printing units are available in H unit and mono units. To print 4+4, tower configuration with two H units stacked on top of each other is the most suitable layout. Tower configuration is also available to print 4+1 and 4+2.

Hyper-fit-system: an innovative system is used for print rolls allowing for immediate fitting of cylinders of different diameter with no need for an adapter. In fact print rolls lay on a special algorithmical-studied curve that ables to keep constant the printing pressure varying the roll diameter. (it minimizes the fitting time).
Hyper-fix-system: the plate cylinder is pneumatically clamped with a conical piston that grants irreversibility of motion and reduces motions and vibrations to a minimum. (it optimizes stability).
Hyper-clean-system: when the machine stops, the ink roller (anilox) is first removed, followed (after a settable time) by the print cylinder, in order to clean ink in excess (an essential operation when using non-uv inks).(it minimizes cleaning time).
