PE-AOBDV Automatic Oil Breakdown Voltage Testeris a highly precise instrument, which can be applied to measure either the breakdown voltage or also check the withstanding voltage for a predefined time. Usual available automatic test sets only perform the former function, but PE-AOBDV can do both. PE-AOBDV can measure the breakdown voltage repetitively and computes an average reading, for a proper decision making. PE-AOBDV consists of an integrated Oil Cup, HV AC power source.
