Felting needle is mainly used on the needle punching machine. By repeatedly piercing the fiber web, the fibers in the fiber web are formed to be compressed.
There are triangular needles, conical needles, teardrop needles, cross star needles, crown needles, etc. We can also customize according to customer needs.
Infiniti techtex scrim fabric for needle felt is made from high tenacity and low elongation yarns. Use of scrim in needle felt improves the collision resistance and pressure resistance of the felt, thereby reducing the damage and distortion of the same.
