New type technology is adopted by main driving system. Compared with traditional magnetic and DC speed regulation, its main driving system has the advantages like energy saving, environmental, wide speeding adjusting range, high performance and stable operation.

After the welding of bases for supporting devices of supporting roller and catching roller, vibration aging treatment should be applied for remove the welding stress. Then, use vertical lathe and boring-milling machine for integration fabrication. This process can guarantee the requirement of fabrication precision and dimension & location tolerance. Installation accuracy of rotary kiln is obviously improved.

Temperature measuring point is reserved at bearing base of supporting roller. It is mainly used for automation detection of kiln operation status by insert the measuring device.
Structure
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.
2. Catch wheel: including two kinds of mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.
3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by variable motor, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple. Replacement is convenient and wonâ??t hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
Introduction
CITICHL is one of the largest design and manufacture enterprises for rotary kilns in China, which started producing in 1950s. We have totally produced more than 250sets of rotary kilns including dry, semi-dry and wet ones used widely in cement, metallurgical, chemical industry, refractory, active lime, paper-making etc. Specifications are from Φ1.2 to Φ6.1m. Application and operating principle:
The rotary kiln is central equipment for cement clinkering system in the new large dry processing cement production, which can be used with unit-or-twin-stream preheater, calcining combustor. 90%-95% of the raw material which has been pre-calcined feeds into the slow rotating, inclining installed rotary kiln from the rear. Under the composite effect of circumferential tilting and axial movement, the material slowly flows through the whole drum, the fuel (coal dust, oil or natural gas) sprays from kiln head into high temperature zone for burning, which produces the required heat for physical and chemical reaction of combination and crystallization of material inside the kiln. Under the function of rear blower, the burning gas stream and material counter flow the whole kiln, completing heat exchange and physical/chemical reaction. The clinkered cement is discharge to the cooler.

The kiln body is made of high-quality killed carbon steel or alloy steel plate and welded;
The supporting type and rollers is of ZG35CrMo and 42CrMo steel;
The sliding bearing is of non-scraping liner one with large clearance;
The driving device adopts hard-toothed reducer, flexible sheet coupling, driven by DC motor;
Hydraulic thrust roll is used;
The kiln head and rear seal is of pneumatic or scaled type;
With slow speed drive.
