The Bag House/Bag Filter is generic name of Air Pollution Control Equipment. It is designed around the use of engineered fabric, filter tubes, envelopes or cartridges in capturing dust, separating dust or filtration process. AIL provides reliable and highly efficient Bag Filters and Bag House systems.
The dust laden gas enters through inlet nozzle and spreads all over the entire cross section of the bag filter. The gas moves up & passes through the bags, enters the clean air plenum through the top open end of the bags. During the passage of the gases through the fabric, the dust is retained on the outside surface of the bags. As the filtration proceeds the thickness of the dust layer on the fabric surface increases resulting in increase in pressure drop across the fabric. This necessitates the cleaning of the bags. Since the air flow is from outside to inside, the bags tend to collapse and are held by the wire cages, whose shape they acquire. The compressed air passing through the solenoid valves injects air at very high velocity for a short duration. This produces a shock wave causing the bag to expand and dislodging the dust cake which falls into the hopper. This unit is generally meant to operate with a pressure differential of 100-125 mmWG.
The product is a colorless and transparent new polymer materials, a variety of different viscosities (5cps ~ 2million cps), the liquid from flowing easily into a thick semi-solid material. This product has a special smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity, good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and resistance to high temperature. High flash point, low freezing point, long-term using between -50 �ºC ~ +200 �ºC, low viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compression ratio, low surface tension, water-repellent moisture resistance, low heat conduction coefficient.
Because it has special and excellent physical and chemical function, it can be used in many different industries:
1. Cosmetic industry for skin care cream, bath gel, shampoo and other cosmetic formulations with excellent softness and silky feel.
2. Rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane, light industry: as a model release agent, brightener agent and release agent of some rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane products and handicraft production.
3. Machinery, automotive, instrumentation, electronics and other industries used as high-grade lubricants, liquid springs, cutting fluids, buffers oil, transformer oil, high temperature brake fluid, brake fluid, instrumentation damping oil, mold release agents and other modeling framework.
4. Textile, apparel industry as a softener, water repellent, feel modifiers, sewing thread lubrication, chemical fiber spinneret pressure lubrication and clothing lining additives.
5. Add it to other additives in leather and leather chemicals industry, it can be used as softeners, water repellent, feel agents, defoamers, brighteners.
6. Pharmaceutical, food, chemical, paint, building materials industry as defoamers, lubricants, and other weather-resistant paint.
7. Other specific purposes and other new materials.
The 80fa flow meter is for permanent flow metering applications. Its modularity offers comprehensive configuration options to make the instrument suitable for everything from simple water flow measurements to energy flow monitoring, automated process control and product recognition.
The transmitter electronics are housed in a corrosion-resistant, wall mounted enclosure and can be powered by ac or dc power supplies. By offering a wide range of input, output and communication inferfaces such as rs 485, modbus and relay, the flow meter can easily be connected to process automation systems.

Monoflange valves are used as an alternative to a system which has multiple valves. They are designed specially to provide a compact installation for transmitter and gauge instruments. In an application where a monoflange is used, it is used toreplace other equipment. For instance, rather than having one valve and relying on it to close so that you can isolate the transmitter, two different valves can be used.
In such case, a monoflange valve would replace two different valves perfectly. With this, you won't need to have two different valves but a single one. This is because the monoflange is composed of two different closed valves as well as a vent which is opened so as to limit the pressure which is between them. It also has a reduced weight as well as minimal leak paths thereby providing a higher integrity system
Needle valves are usually used in flow-metering applications, especially when a constant, calibrated, low flow rate must be maintained for some time, such as the idle fuel flow in a carburetor. A globe valve is a linear motion valve used to stop, start, and regulate the fluid flow. The globe valve disk can be removed entirely from the flow path, or it can completely close the flow path. During the opening and closing of the valve, the disc moves perpendicularly to the seat. Leakage from the globe valve seat is less as compared to the gate valve, mainly due to right angle contact between the disc and seat ring, which allows tighter seal between seats the disk.
Globe valves consist of a movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat in a generally spherical body. The valve stem moves a globe plug relative to the valve seat. The globe plug can be at any position between fully opened and fully closed to control flow through the valve. The globe and seat construction gives the valve good flow regulation characteristics. Turbulent flow past the seat and plug, when the valve is open, results in a relatively high pressure drop, limited flow capacity, and low recovery.
A gate valve is generally used to completely shut off fluid flow or, in the fully open position, provide full flow in a pipeline. Thus it is used either in the fully closed or fully open positions. A gate valve consists of a valve body, seat and disc, a spindle, gland, and a wheel for operating the valve. A gate valve can be defined as a type of valve that used a gate or wedge type disk and the disk moves perpendicular to flow to start or stop the fluid flow in piping. A gate valve is the most common type of valve that used in any process plant.
