Crown Portland Composite Cement is CEM-II/A-M which is a cement consisting of Clinker, Gypsum, Pulverized Fuel Ash (PFA), Blast Furnance Slag and Limestone designated by the specifications of BDS EN 197-1: 2003; CEM -II/A-M (V-S-L), 42.5 N. PCC is the most suitable cement for constructions in Bangladesh. CEM â?? II /A-M contains 80-94% Clinker, which is substantially higher than CEM â?? II/B-M containing 65 â?? 79% Clinker that provide us extra advantage in strength development and increase concrete performance.

Both slag & fly ash (PFA) are used in PCC. Percentage of SiO2 in PFA is higher than slag which is advantageous to gain more long-term strength and ensure durable concrete. This type of cement is used for large constructions all around the world and it has been used during the last few decades.

The hydration process of normal cement produces Calcium Silicate Hydrate CHS & Calcium Hydroxide Ca(OH)2. Calcium Hydroxide Ca(OH)2 does not contribute to gain strength and it is the weak part of reaction which is not suitable for concrete. Since PFA contains higher portion of reactive silica and slag contains alumina, it helps to convert Ca(OH)2 into CSH to gain further strength.

It has much finer particle size than other hydraulically setting materials. It is produced in state of art manufacturing plants in a controlled environment resulting in excellent filling quality.

PURPOSE: G- GROUT MF-8 is suitable for injecting and grouting in rock, soil, concrete and masonry and for filling joints, cracks and holes. �·MF-8 can be used at vertical and horizontal surfaces working. MF-8 is a ready-to-use dry-blend mortar based on cement modified with organic additives, which hardens without shrinkage when mixed with water

METHODS OF USES: Pre-process-
The substrate must be cleaned down to load bearing grain structure. Before grouting the substrate is to be rinsed until it is saturated excess water will be removed.
Mixing:

MF-8 should be mixed with a slowly rotating mixer to avoid air pockets. First add 2/3 of the totally required water. After mixing for a short time add the balance of water. It should be mixed for approx. 6 minutes. Plastic consistency for vertical and overhead surfaces: 4 litres of water per 20 kg bag Liquid consistency for injection as per requirement.

PACKAGING G-GROUT MF-8 is available in Bulk Jumbo bags with plastic inner liner. The product is also available in 25 kg plastic line bags.

STORAGE G-GROUT MF-8 when stored correctly has an indefinite shelf life. Like cement, it must be protected from contamination and moisture. The product can be stored in bulk in a clean, dry storage silo. Shelf life is at least 12 month in original packaging when stored in dry conditions between 15-25C, protected from heat, frost and direct sunlight. SAFETY INFORMATION Extensive testing has shown G-GROUT MF-8 to be non-toxic and environmentally benign. No known significant health risks are associated with G-GROUT MF-8 but high con-centrations of dust may cause irritation. It is recommended that suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection is worn. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice

G-FINE ULTRAFINE is a new generation Supplementary Cementitious material (SCM) with a built-in high tech content.
