A. Using range
Use as cargo pump for Product Oil tanker, chemical tanker, FPSO etc.
B. Features
Hydraulic deep well cargo pump system consists of hydraulic power unit, deep well pump, ballast pump, portable pump and control system components. The hydraulic power unit, installed in engine room, provides hydraulic power to all pumps on board and has system overload protection.
All kinds of pumps of the hydraulic deep well cargo system operation site without electrical equipment, will definitely not generate static electricity and sparks, therefore, it's absolutely safe and reliable while transporting flammable and explosive chemical media.
C. General
Hydraulic Deep Well Cargo Pump System YQB consists of Hydraulic Station, Deep Well pump and Control Device. Hydraulic Station, installed in engine room, provides hydraulic power to all of the cargo pumps in vessel. Deep Well Pump(one pump per tank), built on deck, is submerged to the bottom of the cargo tank and is driven by hydraulic motor. Control Device, installed in the Console room, controls the output flow of Deep Well Cargo Pump and monitors the running of the system. The capacity of the pump can be controlled not only by Remote Control in Console room but also by manual Control on the deck.
The system is produced in accordance with RULES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF SHIPS CARRYING DANGEROUS CHEMICALS IN BULK China's Standard of Ship design.

The variable pitch gear box is an important part of the fan variable pitch system, its main function is to increase the torque of the variable pitch motor on the variable pitch bearing, drive the blade to change the blade pitch Angle at different wind speeds, so that the blade is in the best state of absorbing wind energy, and can drive the blade feathering brake when the wind speed exceeds the cutting wind speed, so as to ensure the machine to run efficiently and smoothly.
The variable gear box transmission mechanism is composed of multiple planetary gear trains, usually 3 stages, and the planetary transmission form is NGW type.
