Lead Concentrate:
Form: Lead concentrate is a raw material derived from the mining and processing of lead ores. It is not a pure form of lead but rather a mixture containing lead and other minerals.
Composition: Lead concentrate typically contains lead sulfide (galena) as the primary mineral, along with other sulfide minerals.
Processing: The lead concentrate is further processed through smelting to extract pure lead metal.
Uses: Lead concentrate is a crucial intermediate product in the production of refined lead.
It is an essential raw material for lead smelters, where the lead is separated from impurities and processed into the desired forms.
Lead concentrate may also contain valuable by-products such as silver and zinc.

Lead slag produced from rotary furnace lead percentage is 20 to 25%

Remelted Lead Ingots are being produced from Raw Lead / Battery Scraps / Lead Scraps and other scraps of Lead in the specially designed Blast Furnace. The Scrap is obtained and is mixed with other reducing agents in the Furnace.

Pure lead ingot is being produced from raw lead bullion / lead metallic scrap though pyrometallurgical process. Our refining process, producing pure lead ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight but achieves purity level of 99.985% in most of cases

The Oxide that we make is made from a minimum purity of 99.97% Lead Ingots.

The specification for Lead Oxide are as follows:

Mesh Size : 200-300

Acid Absorption : 160-200 mg/gm

Water Absorption :110-120 mg/gm

Free Lead Content(FLC) : 28-32%



The Specification of Lead alloys that we make is rifined by per customer specification.

Remelted Lead Ingots are being produced from Raw Lead / Battery Scraps / Lead Scraps and other scraps of Lead. Spectro Alloys and Pigments produce & Import Remelted Lead Ingots / Blocks, which contains about 97-99% Lead Metal with remaining Impurity Elements (Total 2-3%) as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper, Silver etc. This is commercially called as ‘Raw Lead or Lead Bullion‘, which is further processed to Pure Lead (99.97 purity) and / or Specific Lead Alloys. Remelted Lead Ingots is being produced by Smelting Operation done in Blast Furnace / Rotary Furnace. India considered as one of the biggest Importer of this product.

Pure LEad ingot is being produced from raw lead bullion / remelted and secondary lead ingots / lead scraps though pyrometallurgical process. Our refining process, producing pure lead ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight but achieves purity level of 99.985% in most of cases.
