This product is low steel mix , specific for Passenger Cars and 3 MT Vans disk brake pads.
End cured product shows :

Processing :
It is suitable to be pressed , both , by positive mold or flash molding.
Typical pressing conditions : Temperature : 150/160C ; Pressure : 320/350 kg/cm2
End product properties :
Density : 2.0 typical
Typical friction coefficient : 0.41 Maximum friction coefficient : 0.48 Minimum friction coefficient : 0.30
Packing : 500 kg palletized boxes. One box contains 2 big bags with 250 kg mix.
Shelf life : at least 4 months under closes original packaging
