Our Mother of Pearl Shells (Scientific Name : Pinctada Maxima) is a species of pearl oysters, a marine bivalve mollusc of Pteriidae family. These bivalves are the largest pearl oysters in the world. They have a very strong inner shell layer composed of nacre, also known as â??Mother of Pearlâ??.
Available all year round our oysters are supplied according to the weight of each individual oyster graded to the following sizes.
