The high quality arunachal coal is suitable for coke plants and steel industry apart from brick kilns, cement industry etc. The average analysis figures of all the available coal are: ash 5-10%, volatile matter 38 to 42%, moisture 1.8 to 2.5%, and sulphur 2 to 3.59%. The sulphur is both of organic and inorganic origin. The coal has extremely low phosphorus (0.001-0.008%). It is a highly caking coal, the caking index varying from 17 to 24 (b.S.S.). The swelling index varies from 2.5 to 4 and the calorific value is as high as 11, 970 to 13, 410 b.Th u./1b.

Pretext, Process and Procedure of GCG (070424):

1. GCG lists all available products with Typical Specifications. Complete specs in FCO.

2. All commodity price will be based on Argus or Platts Index, CIF basis.

3. All payment terms are 100% against shipping and export documents upon loading vessel, by presentation to Bank or MT103 by Buyer.

4. GCG will be Shipper / Seller.

5. GCG will be beneficiary of LC.

6. All products offered are from verified producers or title holders.

7. GCG will be allocation holder or title holder of all cargo.

8. GCG actively engaged in logistics, inland transport and loading of each shipment.

9. Intermediary should secure interest by signing NCNDA with GCG.

10. GCG will require Buyer credentials for DD.

11. Buyer means LC opener.

12. Buyer to issue LOI or Intermediary can issue LOI with Buyer details.

13. GCG will send FCO directly to Buyer with product COA

14. Buyer to accept FCO.

15. SPA will be signed.

16. GCG will issue Proforma Invoice and LC draft

17. Buyer will open LC

18. Cargo will be inspected by nominated surveyors. Certificates of Q&Q will be received by GCG.

19. GCG will load vessel, obtains Bills of Lading

20. Vessel Draft survey will confirm Quantity loaded.

21. GCG will present all shipping and export documents in full conformity with Buyers LC terms to Bank and receives full payment.

22. Ownership of cargo is transferred to Buyer via Bank.

Coal mine for sale. The reserve is comprised of an estimated 70 million tons of in ground semi-anthracite coal, under just over 10,000 acres, bordered on the north by the Arkansas River This is probably the largest known mine in the U.S. and it has never been mined. Because of semi-anthracite's high fixed carbon content, elsewhere it has found its greatest use for Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI) in which the coal is injected into a blast furnace to substitute for a portion of the significantly more expensive coke. The expected average assay of the coal is as follows: 1) Ash: 6 to 9%; 2) Moisture: 60. With conventional preparation, this coal should be acceptable in the PCI market.
