The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

PC-950 paper cup machine is improved based on the normal chain driving type. This machine is based on Open Cam System(No Gear Box).This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding, cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling, rimming, rounding and tripping.

It is an ideal equipment for producing drinking cups, market cups, coffee cups, advertising cups , etc. It is widely used for hot drink and beverage. If you need double pe coated paper cups or paper gram higher 250g/m2, we recommend you to use Ultrasonic paper cup machine. It can produce single pe coated paper cups and double pe coated paper cups.

For forming of Detergent Bars.
After mixing the detergent chemicals Plodder Machine compresses the detergent paste & extrudes it in the form of bar of designed die shape & section, which is than divided into cakes as per desired length.
Feeding of the detergent paste has to be continuous through the hopper to the press worm.
Press worm strongly compresses and forwards the detergent paste into the conical forepart, finally it leaves the die.
The orifice of the die is designed as per the required shape of the Detergent Cake by the customer.
Double bars are extruded at the same time.
Changeable Die.
Smooth & easy operation.

For forming of Toilet Soap.
Soap Strips is formed in the Toilet Soap Milling Machine.
Thin Soap Strips is fed to the Toilet Soap Plodder Machine.
Press worm strongly compresses & forwards the soap strips into the conical
forepart through the heating device.
A heating device is for maintaining proper temperature for the fed material.
Temperature is maintained with the Electric Thermostat device.
Toilet Soap Plodder Machine compresses the Soap Strips and extrudes it in the form of bars.
The bars extruded from the Die are of the desired shape and width, than after is cut into required length. Changeable Die.
