Products what we Export:
1) Beef:
We export and supply Fore Quarters to our international clients. These archilled and stored to maintain tenderness, aroma and freshness. Packaging of these meat products can be customized as per the requirements of clients. Beef Hind & Fore Quarters.
In addition to Beef Fore & Hind Quarters are chilled and wrapped in food grade cotton cloth prior to export.
2) Mutton:
In addition to Grass Fed Beef Hind and Fore Quarters, we also export entire mutton and lamb carcasses. Our product is wrapped in cotton cloth prior to exports. The carcasses are individually tagged to identity the buyer, date of slaughter and export destination. Our mutton is kept chilled and exported fresh.
3) Camel Meat:
We are exporting camel meat to its customers in the Middle East for the past several years. We are capable of servicing orders for camel meat according to particular specification and cuts.

The Company is specialized in conversion of special beef from the best French breeds (Charolais, Limousine and Blonde D'Aquitaine). Such specialization in beef conversion allows every anatomic cut to be available, totally cleaned and ready for use. Such process allows the client to get the maximum quality and confidence in costs.
Specification: Without skin, fat and bones; each half carcass cut into the following four pieces:
1.Nape: Each piece weighing 0.8kg net min.
2.Shoulder: Each piece weighs 1.35kg net each min.
3.Loin: Each piece weighs 0.55kg net each min.
4.Leg: Each piece weighs 2.2kg net each min.
With slight fat left on each piece of meat. In each carton, one piece of meat weighing less than the above stipulation is allowed.
Packing:Packed separately in cartons weighing 25kg net each, lined with a polythene bag.

Specification: Skin-off, bone-in, with tenderloin and ribs 4-6cm in width,fat tissue not exceeding 0.5cm.

Specification: Without veins, fat and gall, fresh in quality and neat in appearance.
