Power - Master Goliath/Gantry Cranes designed in accordance to IS: 807 & IS: 3177 are essentially the same as the regular overhead cranes except that the bridge for carrying the trolley or trolleys is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on fixed rails or other runway. These ôlegsö eliminate the supporting runway and column system and connect to end trucks which run on a rail either embedded in or laid on top of the floor.

A gantry crane has a hoist with trolley which runs horizontally along gantry rails, usually fitted underneath a beam spanning between uprights which themselves have wheels so that the whole crane can move at right angles to the direction of the gantry rails.

Single Beam Overhead Crane

LDA model single beam overhead crane is improved and designed on the basis of LD model. It is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole. Used together with CD1 model, MD1 model, HC model electric hoist as a complete set, It is one kind of light duty crane with a capacity of 0.25 to 30 tons. The standard span is 7.5-31.5m. working grade is A3-A5. Standard working temperature is -25 to 40 centigrade.
This product is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods or materials. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

QD Type double beam overhead crane is applied in open warehouse or rail sideways to conduct common loading unloading and material handling works.
This crane is composed of bridge,travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment. Bridge adopts box welded structure, crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive. All mechanism are controlled in driver's cab. Power supply adopts cable festoon and sliding wire, select one when ordering.
