Three more months to go until the fresh harvest will be collected at the end of September. We expect this year the first high volume harvest of hazelnuts. I would like to notice that during this 8 year period from the moment when the trees were planted, we have given our best care to get a healthy, eco, and natural hazelnuts. Our business is a family small business, which means that we have worked with our hands the trees, trying to get the perfect product at the collection time. We are looking forward to getting in contact with real buyers, which we can set up a strong partnership in the future.

Our core product is hazel nuts grown in the black sea region of turkey. We grow our hazel nuts and supply them with shells.
Our hazel nuts would be harvested and processed and prepared so the end user can eat it. We can assure the quality of our hazel nuts is of top quality as we take care and nurture our plantation in order to provide the best quality hazel nuts.

We grow hazel nuts in northern part of turkey with over 500 plants. The picking season is around mid august.
We are looking to work in partnership with companies around the world that would purchase directly from us and distribute in their own countries. We have the ability to work with other farmers and obtain their harvest.
70% of the hazel nuts that are supplied to the world is grown in turkey and exported.
After being collected from the fields, hazelnuts are blended on the same day or a few days later depending on the field status and laid to make a bed of 10-15 cm thickness to be pre-dried under the sun until their leaves turn brown. After drying, hazelnuts are separated from their leaves using harvesting machine (thresher) and laid over canopies in thin layers to be dried under the sun. Total period of drying, including the pre-drying, can be maximum 15-20 days depending on the weather conditions. Drying naturally and under the sun is an important factor that gives the turkish hazelnut its special taste.
