Extruded Plastic Teflon PTFE Tube Extrusion line (Φ150-300mm)
PTFE ram extruder line is able to extrude ptfe/Teflon tube which dia from 150mm to 300mm.
The automatic production line is computerize controll, which is really easy to operate. Meanwhile,
the plastic Teflon extrusion machine is advance designed, high output, low energy consumption,

PTFE machine Ram extrusion machine for Teflon PTFE Tube
The China vertical PTFE RAM Extruder is designed with 2 pressure plates, so the ream is affected
via a slid pressure plate. The China tube ram extruder is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders.
The main cylinder serves to move the ram; the additional cylinder serves for retracting the
mandrel. Base plate and dosing tray are water-cooled.
The PTFE Molded powder is feed into the rotating hopper via an exact working powder dosing
device, controlled by a level indicator. By means of a rotating blade the powder is wiped uniformly
into the cavity of the mould.
Range of diameter PTFE Extrusion 150 to 300 mm, Heating zones 5 zones
The complete electrical control is laterally fastened at tube ram extrusion. With a PC touch screen
panel all speeds and temperatures can be programmed. Electronics contain the necessary
automatic controllers for speeds and temperatures. 4-6 temperature regulators are contained
in the plant, four for the extruding ptfe and one automatic controller for a mandrel heating
element. The maximum output speed of PTFE extrusion depends on: PTFE Material, outside
PTFE tube diameters and PTFE product heating length.

1.Feeding Machine
This machine can be used with all kinds of extruders. It can carry plastic are cleaned into the hopper
of Extrude. automatic.It can save your labour,ande realize the effect of safety and reliability.
2.Extruder
This machine is used to extrude plastic cleaned by high temperature.The extrusion line can be consisted by such accessory machine: main motor, the gear box, the distribution box, the barrel and screw, the dies, vacuum calibration tank. Main Motor is mainly to supply the power. The Gear box transfers the motor to power.The distribution box enlarges the strength of the power and realizes uniformity.Double screws can make low viscosity index consume of raw material and improve production.It also has a Cooling tank making the heat of screw be appropriate.
3.Mould
We use plug board type to change nets and keep machine working.The mould is made by 40Cr nitridation .The pressure sensor prompts to change the nets.There also can install a hydraulic equipment to change the nets more quickly.
4.Water Channel
The water channel is 4 meters long.Make out article of cooling
5.Winds drying machine
Through the double channels strong wind dryer,force drying and cooling article material reach the fast speed effect of shaping up.
6.Pelletizer machine
It adopts grain design, accracy is high and can guarantee the rotatory precision and stationery of power, movements of cylinder are controlled by the solenoid valve, the automatic degree is highand the noise is low.
