We are committed to working with Direct Buyers or Re-Sellers who possess Proof of Funds (BCL) as a demonstration of their financial credibility. These parties are directed to our Flow Chart, which provides a clear understanding of our meticulous transaction processes.
If a Re-Seller cannot present Proof of Funds (BCL), we suggest an alternative approach. They may propose a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) on their end, in coordination with Direct Buyers. This arrangement will also include proof of a Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as part of the transaction process.
