Product details:
1. Frosted cover board
high temperature resistant, explosion-proof frosted technology, the latest glue filling technology provide workers more safety protection.
2. High temperature calcined emery cloth is a kind of emery cloth with high temperature treatment, used for making flap disc . The grinding rate is sharp. Feel light, spark life is higher than ordinary emery cloth, grinding rate is improved.
3. Application:
The flap disc is used in metal, wood and other industries for grinding and finishing complex surface. It uses vulcanized fiber as basic material, high-grade abrasive cloth as grinding
materials, it is made by special process, builted in angle grinder, use for grinding iron, nonferrous metal, stainless steel ,stone and plastic, weld, and removing burr and flashing in impact parts.
It has the advantages of good elasticity, good self-sharpening, high grinding efficiency, good heat dissipation, low noise and long service life.
