STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
1, Buyer will send LOl (PO) and POF(BCL or MT199) for the order with the agreed prices
2, seller will provide FCO to that effect After acceptance of FCO
3. Seller issue SPA Once Accepted by buyer seller will show proof of their product contract.
4. 100% Irrevocable divisible LC if monthly then add Revolving. .
(Optional)5% deposit before production by T/T; 95% balance before shipment by T/T
5. After 100% LC verification Seller will start the production process immediately, and make available all the necessary Â
6. The L/C shall be paid complete into the Seller's account once the item arrive the destination port in Seller's country.
