Oilon was first introduced into the market back in 1974. It was the very first authentic lubricated nylon having a blended liquid lubricant system built in during the process stages. This resulted in a substantial increase in bearing life by 5 times more than natural cast nylon and 25 time more that of phosphor bronze.

Nylon 66 is made of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid are combined with water in a reactor which gives nylon salt after the polymerization process nylon 66 is produced. They are used for manufacturing textile grade yarns as well as industrial products. Available luster is Bright & Semi Dull.
